Review: My husband took my 2004 Ford Escape to VON'S garage for him to take it for a test drive. Reason being the car was making a very loud noise on the drivers front side Sounded like you were sitting on a jet wing seat taking off. He told my husband don't drive it, until it's fixed that it could really mess up the front end if the tire comes off. So made an appointment, took the car in, got it back at the end of the day.Mechanic was in a hurry so I paid the bill and left. As I started down the street I could hear some of the same noise. I thought maybe it was the winter tires on the pavement. As the days went on to a couple of weeks it kept getting louder and louder. Wasn't driving as much because I got sick. On Tuesday (03/17/2015) My Daughter and I to VON'S Garage to confront the owner, I showed him the receipt and asked him why he fixed the right side, when they took it a test drive, you told my husband that it was definitely the drives front wheel bearings that were bad, that needed fixed and not to drive the car anymore than need be. [redacted] said that the right side was worse so he fixed that sided instead, First of all, if you make an appointment to take a vehicle to a garage to get fixed, wouldn't you expect to get that work done. The mechanic should do what was scheduled to do, then inform me if there was other work that needed to be done. Then [redacted] started getting extremely rude. Told us to get the ---- out of his garage. I told him all I wanted was my car fixed. He just kept screaming get the ---- out. As my daughter and I proceeded to leave, I told him that I wasn't done with this. This is when he called me a money grabbing ------- ----. I turned and said excuse me. He said you heard me you ------ ----'-. Then he also started calling my daughter a ------- ---- That's where it ended and it brings me to here.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded 159.00. Also for VON"S Garage to pay to fix the side that they were to repair to begin with, by a different garage. I don't want them touching my car. Also for a use of a car while mine will be in the garage again. Also 1000.00 payment each for slander. Nobody wearing a business hat in a profession field that he is in, should be using language like this towards a lady. There was another female and a child there also at the time.

ID# [redacted]To whom it may concern, problems started with [redacted] shortly after first services rendered 12/8/14, [redacted] stated that services were not performed and paid for by her. I thought issues were resolved when she brought vehicle back for more services on 2/19/15, Brought vehicle in for me to diagnose and repair. Found passenger front wheel bearing bad and replaced bearing. Paid for by [redacted] with no issues. Shortly after, [redacted] stated 1 did not replace passenger front wheel bearing (per her mechanic). [redacted] stopped 3/17/15, she could not be reasoned with. Sorry for any inconvenience. Services were performed in a professional manner. Vehicles continue to wear and have problems and I am not willing to take this matter any further.Sincerely,[redacted]
