[redacted] stated if there was a safety issue that he would fix it and that though its as is, He does have a mechanic if any other types of problems should arise. So 48 hours later I took it for diagnostic at Supreme Plus Automotive Care ###-###-####. Remarks and Labor descriptions :Oil Pan Gasket Leak, Valve Cover Gasket Leaking, Power Steering Pump Leaking, LOWER DRIVER SIDE CONTROL ARM EMD LINK ROD HOLDER BROKEN,called dealer back, I had to wait until the weekend to bring the car, 11-9-14, He said he would take care of the suspension problem. I left the car 6 additional days. Upon getting the car back I took it back to LUBE Plus 12-12-14. The link was welded to the shop owners surprise on to the control Arm Bar. Shop Owner stated that was unsafe. Remarks and Labor FINDINGS:Left Sway Bar That Connects Lower Control Arm Bar Welded and that at that Point the Sway Bar End Link Bushing was now torn. I called Vonzeal and said this needs to be fixed. I told him the price that was offered and we agreed to deduct it from the remainder of my car purchase. That did not fix the problem. Went to get wheel alignment and that didn't work twice. So it was taken to Earl Schwab 3606 Bradshaw Rd Sacramento Ca ###-###-#### for Suspension diagnostics. Review: The dealer, Mr. [redacted] aka Vonzie, had told me that the car was in good condition, considering the age of the car. He backed up his claim with a Carfax. He didn't let me take the carfax, for registration purposes he claimed. Now I know that to be a lie. The Carfax he provides was not the same Carfax the olderdealers, and used car dealers, have as proof of the life of the car. He used a fake Carfax. The car stopped running two day after I initially paid for it. I called him for a tow, he said he will call me back, and til this day I've yet to hear anything from him. He sols me a bad car and knew it. Considering the fake Carfax he briefly showed me. A piece of paper I couldn't take with me, and still have not heard anything about the carfax. So I'm still waiting on the car to be towed, and I'm waiting for the Carfax he has.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the car, for full refund. Seems how he lies about the information on the car.

Review: I bought a 94 mustang convertible and paid $2800 cash. I got pulled over by the police and Vonzie didn't send in the paper work into the dmv to transfer ownership and registration. My car got impounded and sold by the tow company when vonzie said he didn't want the car.Desired Settlement: $2800 cash
