Review: My credit card was processed twice at this restaurant for one visit on 11/23. One charge was for $33 on 11/23 and one was for $34.99 on 11/24. When I called to complain, the restaurant was unable to locate my credit card slip to identify the amount I agreed to pay. And when I asked why my card was processed for two different amounts I was told that the bank must have applied a gratuity. I don't understand how this could happen and am unsatisfied by the response from the business. Have others had this same experience?I am awaiting a refund check from the restaurant.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a refund for one of the two charges (which the restaurant says they will provide).

I am rejecting this response because:

I am in receipt of this reimbursement. The response however does not clear up the issue of WHY my card was processed twice, WHY my card was rung for two different amounts, and WHY the business was unable to produce a signed copy of the credit card slip to know WHICH amount was authorized.
