I ordered a controller on March 17th and $60 was charged to my credit card by Voodoo Controllers. I should have had this product by now but when I look online at my order it still says processing. The company has an online customer service that is always offline, they don't answer their phone and my email has been ignored. The 800 number says leave a message for [redacted] and when I call that no one answers as well. I also notice that their social media has not been updated for months which tells me they are out of business yes still taking the customers money and giving them nothing in return.
