The phone conversation that sparked this complaint was with our Sales Manager. The customer called and was very upset and was cursing at our Sales Manager from the start of the conversation. He tried to help the customer to no success. The customer was not called an A**hole directly by our Sales Manager. He asked the customer if he was going to calm down or continue to be an [redacted]. While I don’t agree with this response, I believe it was said out of frustration after being cursed at for quite some time. Our Sales Manager has been spoken to about this matter.
