Vortechs in Orlando replaced my AC Air Handler unit upstairs and forgot to install a filtration adapter! When I went to change the filter there was NOT a place to place oneThey stated that that would have been an extra cost and never informed me or gave us an option for one during installationUGHAfter calling them, they were rude and even hung up on usPlease, if you have had work done by Vortechs go check your unit and the quality of their workThey also never pulled a permit for the install and charge $for thatI do not recommend them what so everBuyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
