I was charged for services not rendered without authorization on a card they had on file on 9/06/I have called over times since then trying to resolve this They have made every excuse to not refund me They have now avoided returning my calls and avoided refunding me I am not the only client this has happened to

always taught character development alongside the physical skills in classMoving the kids to a more comfortable setting to learn these skills where they could sit in chairs at a table instead of on the mats, had no bearing on your child's training, other then the fact that she would have had minutes of character development (instead of minutes) and minutes of physical trainingIn addition, this would have only been the case for weeks, which I also explained to youMaking sure that a new child knows when to use her physical self defense is far more important to us then the actual physical self defense itself, in the beginning weeks of her trainingWe also told you that we would credit the time that you paid for, so you could use the financial credit toward future events or training (which we are not obligated to do)In our membership agreement, it also states that there are NO REFUNDS in all capitals, in many different placesWe are sorry that we could not make you happy, and believe me we tried, but we stand on our contract that you read and signed*** ** *** *** President *** *** *** * *** ***
