So far so good with Vortex Security I had been with ADT for years Besides the fact that they were regularly raising my rates, everything else was fine until I started having issues with alarm system I had to wait a week for a service call and then I was stood upWhen I called them, I was told with no apologies or concern that "my service call was in the system but not scheduledWe can set that up for next week." Then I called Comcast and they just seemed to be another cluster mess waiting to happen I found Vortex Security on Yelp and its been all thumbs up They were easy to reach, the sales rep was on time and professional, the tech was on time and he new exactly what the problem was, and my system works perfectly I would definitely recommend Vortex Security - [redacted] in Boynton
