Review: I received their offer in the mail. After calling and speaking to a rep, they said they would honor a military cancelation and refund if we are unable to attend, we are unable to attend the cruise, therefor are due our full refund back. This company is refusing to refund out money since it has been over one year.Desired Settlement: Refund my full amount charged on my credit card.
