Dr [redacted], It has come to my attention that you have had a billingissue with my company. We have received a Revdex.com complaint and a poor review on[redacted]. After doing some initial research and speaking to the technician andoperations personnel you worked with here at Votacall I can understand...

yourfrustration with this situation. At Votacall the customer experience is ournumber 1 priority. My understanding is you had called and requested atechnician to be on site when [redacted] was delivering your phone lines. In yourcomplaint you mention the technician was standing around not working. Afterspeaking to the technician he explained that he had completed the work he couldbut was waiting for [redacted] to complete the installation of the lines before hecould finish. The [redacted] technician did not complete the job before the end ofhis work day. He said he got one phone working and then had to make a returnvisit to finish the job. I understand how this may appear like the technicianwasn’t working in your eyes but during an installation we cannot complete ourjob until [redacted] completes their job. This is usually why we don’t regularlyschedule a technician until [redacted] is complete and we can do our job withoutwaiting on site for them to finish. In your eyes the technician wasn’t workingand you shouldn’t have to pay, but if you can appreciate our position thetechnician was dispatched upon your request and had to wait for the job to becompleted before he could complete his work. There are many times we have towait for [redacted], about 7 out of 10 times we get called to a job that is notcompleted by [redacted] first we end up waiting and we have to charge for thetechnician hours because we cannot afford to have a technician wait and not getpaid for his time.   That being said we certainly do not want an upset customer.We have never had a Revdex.com complaint since we have been in business over 15 years.We do not have bad reviews and we recently won a customer service award from anindustry customer service organization, one of the many we have won over theyears. What I will propose to you to rectify this situation is if you arewilling to remove your [redacted] review and Revdex.com complaint we will charge you a flatrate of $300 for the services provided. Again I apologize about the situationand can understand how your perception was our technician was not working butit was the [redacted] delay that created this perception. I do understand you’renot a phone expert and don’t understand what is normally involved in andinstallation but sometimes we are delayed due to the delay of the provider.
