cake***'s cake was completely bland, as no flavor and there was a problem with the process of baking the batter underbaked as explained to my daughter, *** when she came into your bakery to pick up her birthday cake 04/29/I don't drive and when you called me on May 9, I was extremely sick and recently out of the hospital 05/08/on medication for an entire week with antibioticsI would greatly appreciate it if you could please reimburse me the entire amount back of ***'s birthday cake on my visa card and we can call it goodThank you for your understanding, as I have been extremely ill. The customer's friend or relative brought the cake in question bake. After looking at it we determined we were at fault. She was purchasing a different cake so we gave her full credit $21 for the cake she hard returned toward next purchase.
