order to fulfill our commitment to safe and responsible lending, our customer applications go through a thorough review process. Vouch has strong identity verification and authentication mechanisms to ensure that an application is valid and to avoid the risk of identity theft. We reviewed your loan application in detail and determined that we were unable to proceed with the application due to certain inconsistencies identified in the documents you provided during the verification process.
Here at Vouch we place the utmost value in protecting your data and safeguarding your personal information. We are not in the business of sharing your information. All information we gather is used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is protected and kept confidential.
We would like to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously, and the issues that you raised with respect to your loan application were escalated internally on August 13, 2015, the same day that you contacted us. When you filed this issue with the Revdex.com on August 14, 2015, your escalated case was still open and pending resolution with our Customer Support team. We thoroughly reviewed this matter and found no evidence that we mishandled your loan application. Per your request, a Vouch representative reached out to you on August 17, 2015, to discuss our findings regarding your loan application. After receiving additional correspondence from you on August 18, 2015, we again promptly replied to you on August 19, 2015. We presume that, since we have not heard from you since that date, we have resolved your concerns.

It wasn't until I emailed the VP of Risk that I had a response from management (which was initiated by me - NOT my complaint to the Revdex.com). Even in your Revdex.com response above, rather than specify an individual, you reference your generic email and 800 number...which you NEVER answer - the only option is to leave a voicemail.
I would like proof, in writing, of the request to remove the hard inquiry from my credit report. Please mail to my address of 5322 Tinker Street, Buzzards Bay, MA XXXXX.

That is the same blank explanation I received before from Vouch. I have given Vouch 100% truthful information and if an inconsistency did arise as Vouch writes I should be allowed to either clarify or know about. I am me and I have read the terms and still do not know of what Vouch is misinterpreting as a violation.
I am asking for the exact reason I was denied and account terminated by Vouch. I also have the last 2 phone conversations with the Vouch people before I was terminated and denied from Vouch.

When you inquired about getting a loan with Vouch, you agreed to our Terms of Use which state in part: "If you provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, we may cancel and/or terminate your registration, account, application for loans or investments, terminate any agreement you may have with us, and restrict your future use of the Site and/or Services."
In order to fulfill our commitment to safe and responsible lending, our customer applications go through a thorough review process. Our team of verification specialists reviewed your loan application in detail and determined that we were unable to proceed with the application due to certain inconsistencies identified in the documents you provided during the verification process. On the basis of these inconsistencies we determined that you had violated our Terms of Use and notified you accordingly.

Again, Vouch still does not and has not specifically given me what information they have misunderstood as misleading. What information did vouch think I was misleading or cause of the termination. All these responses given thru Revdex.com and my calls to Vouch has not offered to identify the exact piece of information I offer to vouch that they at vouch believe its a violation.
