The breakdown occurs because the refrigerator freezes. Yesterday, on 09.12.2024, the service comes and changes the thermostat. This replacement did not make any changes and the refrigerator continued to freeze. 20 days I am without a functional refrigerator and therefore a place to store food
How long does it take to resolve the issue?
The people of the VOX electronics are sooo nice and welcoming. I had a great experience with them and I love the products and the prices.
I recently stumbled upon Vox Electronics and boy am I happy I did! I purchased three charging cases, one for myself and two for my teenage daughters, and I also bought 5 headphones. I even received a bunch of goodies on top of this purchase (they run outstanding promotions!) I am a business owner so I am constantly using my phone for communication. My phone would ALWAYS die, but not anymore thanks to my charging case! I have actually had the case for a little over 3 months now and do not have one single complaint, it works just as the sales representative told me. The headphones are great quality, better than beats, and I wear them outside on my walks every morning. Every body was really friendly in the store and I had a blast with the guy who sold us everything. Very personable, very professional and amazing products! I definitely will be going back to buy some more gadgets for around the house.
I stopped by to ask about a screen protector
and case for my phone and Lola answered my questions and she showed me a rechargeable case for my phone. She was very polite and helpful. In short she was great and my friend and I both bought a rechargeable case for out phones.

I had amazing experience at one of your stores!
I got some headphones and charger case and the salesman was amazing
I had a charging case for my ***, and needed to exchange for a newer model phone, mailed check and old case but never heard back from anyone.
I sent a copy of the receipt with the product and check on 12/10/2019 and called to check on the status and no one knows what happened to the item or the check but it was delivered. I purchased the item on 9/26/2019 and have been unable to get a hold of anyone
I am looking to have the item exchanged as initially requested for gold charging case for an
We called to the customer and fixed the issue.
Customer service, prices, and everything about this shop is great. Customer service is always amazing, and unbiased. Most of the prices are best you'll find. I've been using Vox Electronics for a couple years now and never had issues with them.
Not a good place to make purchases. The are horrifically overpriced and their merchandise doesn't work. I purchased an external battery case (I paid them $80 for something that costs $30 on Amazon). It worked for one week. I contacted the company and they asked that I mail it back for a replacement. I mailed it back but they wouldn't refund the mailing cost when the miserable thing only worked for one week! I just received a new one (hopefully) so we'll see how long that one works. I would never purchase from these people again. I don't think "honor" is in their vocabulary.
Hello ,
We give the best service for our costumers at all times. because there are a lot of visitors we are offering shipping services.
We gave the customer an option to either go back to the place the item was purchased and get a replacement, or to ship it back to us under her cost and we will replace the item and ship it back to the costumer under our cost.
We shipped the new case for the costumer on September 27th, and we mentioned to the costumer she has 5 years warranty.
Sales person mislead me to make a sale. Once I discovered that the promised feature didn't work, they refused to refund my money. Called me a liar .
I purchased a *** battery case on Saturday August 31st. I asked about the ability to use wires head phones. The sales person suggested a case and asked me to pay cash for a deeper discount. 1 hour later, I noticed that this feature didn't work. I tried to return the product and was refused my money. I was also told that the conversation about using wired head phones never happened. They then said they recorded my conversation. Also called me a lier.
Full refund
I spoke with the customer and I told him that we will send him a check please see attached a copy of the check
This "company" is a sheer scam. Just look at the products on their website and the associated prices. Every single product there is a rebranded/repackaged item that has been marked up 200-500%; you can find the original headphones and phone cases on Amazon.
Speaking of which, this company has no sales presence on Amazon or any other reputable online marketplace. Nor are there any reviews of their products on any reputable tech review sites.
Nobody has really heard of RLX.
Except for the unsuspecting tourists in Las Vegas who pass *** RLX sales table, where snake-oil salesmen prey upon them by offering discounts on these "elite" products. "Buy these headphones and some of the accompanying swag for $300 it's far less than the $500 you'll pay online!"
Of course, those passing by naturally look up the website that is provided at the table *** and discover that, sure enough, the headphones are listed for $500.
Little do they know the product is the exact same model that can be purchased at *** for $20.
Great little scam.
Hope these guys are busted and rot in jail for the next 20 years.
