Regarding complaint ID# [redacted] , a representative of Audiovox spoke with the consumer on 1114, listened to his complaint and offered to repair his product or replace it with a unit of equal value However, if he chose the replacement, his car would have to be rewired He wanted to think it over and said he would call back with his answer He called on and chose the new product The replacement unit is scheduled to ship on 12/*/ The consumer was happy with the outcome We now consider this matter closed

A customer service representative spoke with the consumer this afternoon It was determined he would do better with a directional amplified antenna The representative is sending the directional antenna at no charge The consumer was given the reps direct contact information in the event he has a problem setting up the new antenna

Regarding complaint# *** concerning a remote start system, a representative of Voxx International Corpcalled the consumer at 4:20pm on 12/**/16. The manual requested was e-mailed to him and when received was verified to be correct. Consumer was given the direct phone number of the
representative and instructed to call should he have any further problems. Consumer was pleased with the outcome of the call. Please consider this matter closed

A representative of Voxx International Corp. was in contact with the complainant and explained that Astrostart is a competitive brand and Voxx International never supplied them. Also, since they are a competitor, our products would never integrate with theirsIt was suggested he
contact a company called Directed who may be able to help. Please consider this matter closed

representative agreed to upgrade the antenna at no charge and issued a call tag to pick up the original antenna.  We believe this matter has been resolved.
