Received Response from Consumer: The company has sent me year of premiums backI still don't think this is adequate for not cancelling my insurance when I filed paperwork, nor Voya allowing me to collect on a disability claim because I am passed the allotted time for submitting the claimI do
not feel they even they handled this fairly and I would never recommend anyone to use this company

Could you please provide the name of the customer who had the 401k account, the account number and the name of the customer’s employer who offered the 401k retirement plan.
