I am the an owner and General Manager of the dealership.I spent over minutes on the phone with Mr***We spoke at length about his visit to the dealership on the 29th, while he was here to help his sister purchase a vehicleI asked if I could put him on speaker as my Sales Manager, (who
was referred to in the complaint), could be in on the discussionMr*** agreed. While he agreed that an honest mistake could have been made, as explained, he decided to continue to push his agenda.He also agreed that no one lost any money on this "non deal"There was no money exchanged, as a matter of fact there never was a dealOnly negotiation on pricingHis complaint was that he lost "time"He did not ask for further concessions.We will not include the wood grain appointments for no charge, as requested, in the Revdex.com complaint.Mr***, stated that he has "only just begun" to tell his story online

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. The owner conceded her staff was wrong and made various mistakes.The owner continued tried placing words in my mouth to have me concede it was a possible mistake.  I stated it could have been a mistake as remote as the possibility as the sun not rising tomorrow, but I stated I believed it was intentional deception, and that she or her personnel which she admitted made errors purposely attempted a bait and switch.I did tell the owner that I believe the public should be forewarned against these fraudulent practices.  She accused me of being crazy person.  She was more worried about her star ratings than honesty.No money traded hands because of breach of contract for which I have contacted an attorney and intend to file suit for such breach, and for loss of time and opportunity cost. There were no further concessions warranted other than fulfillment of written and oral contract.  An offer was made and accepted based on terms of initial discussion.  I have and will submit to the Revdex.com the written agreement of the terms of the verbal contract.The owner is lying in stating that there never was a deal and the written documents will prove same.
