Ref: Royal Caribbean night Bermuda Cruise May 21-26, 2016Dear Mrs***:Today I received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com indicating you had submitted a complaint regarding your Royal Caribbean Bermuda Cruise Booking made with Voyager VIP Cruises & Tours, IncIt came as a
complete surprise and shock as I did sent your confirmation (see attached) and have no record of your past calls/messages or emails.Attached is a copy of the confirmation/receipt I mailed you October 29, to your address indicated aboveI have checked my past incoming phone & e-mail messages and do not find any message (s) from youI was out of the office escorting a group to Europe from October -19...in the Office until November 3, leaving November attending the inaugural of Royal Caribbean’s newest ship, The Anthem, in Baltimore, until November at which time I was escorting a trip to Branson, MO until November Back in the office until November 18th at which time my husband had major back surgerySince that time, I have been in the office and when I am not, the recorder is on so that I can follany calls that I have missedI had to replace my computer in October and it was down for a couple of days while *** *** was transferring my old files to the new oneBut, I did receive messages from other clients.I have been in business for years and hold the certification of CTC (Certified Travel Consultant) and MCC (Master Cruise Consultant) which require a minimum of years experience, years of schooling and testing.I am so sorry you feel you did not get the service that you should and I am enclosing Voyager Check #*** in the amount of $(your deposit) and have canceled your reservation with Royal Caribbean.Yours truly,Joyce ** B***, CTC, MCC PresidentVoyager VIP Cruises &Tours, Inc.EnclosureID #***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have attached 2 of my e-mails to the business that she alleges she never got...as you can see from the first one I have been trying to reach her since September...I have copies of other ones in between these two plus cell phone records if she wants to see them.

Review: I paid a deposit on a cruise on August 21,2015 for a cruise scheduled for May 21,2016. Since that time I have been unable to contact this business. I received no confirmation on the cruise and they will not respond to my phone calls or e-mails. The lack of response leads me to believe that they are a scam. I wanted to have my trip paid off by now and to have a confirmation number for the cruise line so I could book excursions, but, again, I can not get any information from anyone at this business. Thank you for any help with this matter...even a return of my deposit will be helpful so that I can book with a legitimate travel agency!Desired Settlement: I would either like a confirmation e-mail from this business containing information on how to make payments to the cruise line or a refund of my deposit so that I can book with another agency.
