Review: I received a post card in the mail inviting my wife and I to call a phone number to get round trip airfare for 2 adults and 2 nights in a hotel free of charge. We called the number and an operator said if my husband and I attended a sales presentation we would receive a certificate and after we submit $4.95 to ETTSI (fulfillment center) we would get airfare and free hotel. We attended the sales presentation on 12/14/14 where we received an activation form referencing a certificate number. We sent a personal check for $4.95 on 12/15/14 to Activation Center, P.O. Box 10627, Daytona Beach, FL 32120. The check was made payable to ETTSI. The check was returned to us with a letter stating personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment. They said the certificate was now invalid and can't be redeemed for use so we should contact Voyara regarding issuance of a new certificate number. Since that time I have been trading e-mails and phone calls with Mike who is the owner of Voyara, [redacted], as well as [redacted], ETTSI Sales Manager, 301 Indigo Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, [redacted]. At first the owner of Voyara said it would not be a problem to get a new certificate but [redacted] at ETTI said he didn't have any extra ones to give him. Apparently Voyara is suing ETTSI. Now Voyara won't return my e-mails. They promised 2 free airline tickets and 2 nights in a hotel and they didn't follow through so I want to report this.Desired Settlement: I was promised 2 free airline tickets and 2 nights in a hotel for attending a sales presentation and that's what I want from Voyara Travel![redacted], Sales Manager of ETTSI, cell ###-###-####[redacted], owner of Voyara Travel, cell ###-###-####
