Review: Purchased VIP tickets to [redacted] show for April 25, 2014 and was guaranteed a front row seat. When we arrived, there were no available seats in the front row so I asked numerous employees to help us get a front row seat. They did nothing and we had to sit in the back row. Sent numerous emails to Voyeur asking for a partial refund that all went unanswered.Desired Settlement: 3 VIP tickets were $300, asking for partial refund of $75, since the next lower VIP package that did not include front row seats would have been $225.
