Review: On July **, 2014, [redacted] and [redacted] of VP COOL CORP. charged me $120 to repair my Samsung split air conditioner unit and failed to make any repairs. Instead they made an inspection and took some measurements and advised me to give the unit a day or so to provide cool air. On July **, 2014 I advised them the unit was still not providing cool air. After several days they returned and advised their measurements showed no problem despite the fact the unit still did not provide cool air. They told me to give it a few more days. I continued attempting to reach them but they refused to take my calls. On July **, 2014 I contacted [redacted] who came and repaired the unit which continues to work properly today. I continued to attempt to reach [redacted] from VP COOL and finally did talk to him on July **,2014 whereupon he agreed to send me a full refund. I have not received the promised refund of $120 nor is he taking my continued calls. I finally sent him a text message threatening to contact the Revdex.com. Their scam to target unsuspecting senior citizens and steal their money must be stopped. They walk around like they know what they're doing, when all they know is how to lie, cheat and steal.Desired Settlement: I expect [redacted] and [redacted] to keep their word and give me a full refund of $120.
