Review: VPI is currently running an Ad on their website that clearly states that if you buy windows from them, depending on how many you buy, that they will pay all or part of your [redacted] utility bill. My representative who sold me the windows named [redacted], told me that for every 5 windows I bought, the company would pay $100.00 of my [redacted] bill. I bought 17 windows and have to pay $10,000.00 The manager. [redacted], has still not paid this bill. I have sent him copies of my bill and the last I heard from [redacted] was that a check was supposed to go out last Friday. My windows were completed in the middle of January 2014. My bill was due January 24th. Mr. [redacted] knows that since I told him that on the phone and he agreed to have his billing department cut a check this last Friday. It is now February 7th and my bill is past due. They need to keep their promises to the consumer and pay the $300.00 as promised.Desired Settlement: They need to keep their word and pay the bill to [redacted] as promised

My name is [redacted] , I am the Operations Manager with VPI Home Solutions. I have just talked to Mrs. [redacted] about her complaint. I have apoligized to her for not getting her Pay your Energy bill check to her on time as promised. Per our agreement I am delivering a check for $300 to her place of employment today 2-8-14. The [redacted] Rebate program takes four to six weeks for our customers to get their rebate. Our program which we have done for the last five years normally takes two to three weeks from time of completion/funding (1-23-14)to issue a check. Again, I apologize to Mrs. [redacted] for not getting her the rebate as promised by my team. We value feedback from our customers to always provide a great experience in dealing with VPI Home Solutions.

Hired them to replace every window in our house. Seemed like a good product. So glad we didn't hire them to do our siding. Have some defects on windows. They said they would send someone right out, and that's the last we heard.
