Customer is running a website that is being attacked numerous times causing a ripple effect to our other customersWe have proposed to migrate his server to another location that can withstand larger size attacksWe also referred him to another service from our partner that can block attacks and
send clean traffic back to the server hosted by usWe never advertised that our servers can block DDOS attacks nor do we condone hosting websites that are attacked on a regular basis as these websites are typically used for malicious/illegal activitiesThe customer has not updated us on our proposed solution and we're prepared to offer a refund for any remaining balance of the service if we're not able to come to an amicable agreement
