This management co. is the WORST!!! The staff is extremely rude, especially the woman in the accounting dept. [redacted] As a renter, it is nearly impossible to get them to come fix things. You have to send numerous emails and make tons of calls to set something up. They like to collect money and raise the rent but don't take the time to fix things around the building. Their business etiquette is seriously lacking the appropriate mannerism. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company EVER!

VPMI is a horrible company to have to deal with as a renter. They do not treat renters with any respect, even though renters are the reason they have a job. [redacted] knows nothing about nothing, she's useless to the company as well as in life. One day I went personally to their office to pay my rent. She said she couldnâ??t take my rent at the time and give me a receipt because she was on her way out the door to take care of her horsesâ?¦HORSES?!? It was 1pmâ?¦I thought I came during BUSINESS hours. Do your job [redacted] and act like you have sense when you talk to renters, maintain the properties you manage, rather than just taking our money. Yeah sheâ??s the accounting department, but this is the department that is taking my money. I expect to get service for what I pay for.

Its not surprising that this business isn't even Revdex.com certified yet.
