We started working with *** in June of 2019 to get out of our timeshare. The communication was great at first and then started to lag quite a bit. We were given finalizing dates, and then something would come up where it didnt happen. I have all email correspondence between us. we paid them about $1500 so far. We also talked on the phone many times as to the status and what needed to be done to finalize our case. When COVID hit, they stated everything would be put on hold. (understandably) Since May I have emailed, and called numerous times asking for an update to see where the case is, and have not gotten any response via email or phone.
We apologize for the limited Hours due to COVID19 in compliance orders and the 3rd party origin lack of communication
We have since been in communication with Kyle giving him a Update and Contact information just before we received this email from the Revdex.com the Client is a referral Customer of ours from a Timeshare Exit Company, we no longer work with the Company Due to Lack of Communication with the Consumer. We now have direct line of contact to the client so they have real time response
Thus eliminating 3rd party Delay. We no longer accept any 3rd party company in between us and the consumer thus eliminating lack or delay in communication As well .

After a family member sold a very expensive Motor coach and received a bad check from the buyer and police deemed it a civil matter I called a local Attorney who suggested this company. They recovered the $250,000 motor coach with in 72 hrs and it was two states away.
These guys do whatever takes to complete the job.
