Good afternoon [redacted] ,We will not be offering any pricing adjustment for Ms [redacted] As previously stated, she was asked during the March 1st phone call with our Regional Manager what we could do to make her experience better multiple times, and she did not give an answer any time it was askedWe do have someone onsite who a witness to this phone callWe did offer additional testing to get more answers on what was going on with the patient, Ms [redacted] declined further testsUnfortunately, without the further testing to gain more information a diagnosis can be very difficult to attain.Our doctors are consistent with what they document in the medical record with what they tell pet owners face-to-faceThey do not falsify records in anyway for any patient or pet ownerSincerely,Ruby P***VRCC Marketing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did tell them they could lower my billI am obviously not going to take my dog back there for additional testing when they did nothing for us the first time besides tell us he needed a exploratory surgery that would cost 8000-10000, which I could not even come close to affording or to put my pet down that day which was pushed on us multiple timesI also have a witness to the conversation on the phone that heard me tell them multiple times I would take them lowering the bill to not turn them in and to fix this issue Sincerely, [redacted]
