Review: Bought 6wk Family Vacation Package , on 12/29/2014 with [redacted] Confirm#[redacted]/expire 12/2019/mbr#7[redacted]/Package included NO BLOCK OUT DATES, any size unit @any RCI or DIAMOND Propertys.

Tried to book Diamond Property for 3/17/15 - 3/20/15 in Vegas/called 480-498-8747 ALWAYS got recording/left name & # numerous times/also sent a number of e-mails. Finally got return call from [redacted] & voice msg from director [redacted]. BUT request DIDN'T happen thru VRM. I attributed 1st attempt to utilize package, was that I didn't given them enough time to make it happen.

Second request to take place 1st two wks of APRIL/gave them a 30 day notice/again placed number of calls/sent number of e-mails. Spoke to [redacted](surprised someone answered the phone) He assured [redacted] working on it & would get back to me. TODAY is April 3rd NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY E-MAILS OR PHONED ME.

To assure would happen, I gave them a month/30 days notice & I gave them a number of

sceneraos pertaining to the location(s) with alot of location flexibility to assure it would happen. (can provide this information to you if have to/if it will help bring closure)

My son relocating to VEGAS/starts work second wk/needed location/WELL I flew to Vegas

we found him an apartment/he's moved in & ready to start work. NOTHING FROM [redacted] or [redacted] regarding my second request which was to happen APRIL 1st.

I e-mailed them saying I was all set confirm via e-mail , or letter or phone call you got cancellation. I GOT NOTHING- NO PHONE CALL NO E-MAIL haven't heard nothing from anyone.

Package Paid for, NOT receiving the VIP service they promised NOT receiving communication from them either. I've provided my telephone numbers (home & cell) they have my address and my e-mail address SO NO communication or lack of ISN'T acceptable.Desired Settlement: Since I'm not getting the VIP service I purchased, it strongly appears that VRM aren't living up to their obligations and the package is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE I think this should be closed.

Package purchased December 29th, 2014. I''ve attempted to book reservation two times. Both reservations was for March 2015, NO ONE From VRM made contact within a timely manner NOR did they make either reservations happen. I did!!!!!!

I would be extremely HAPPY to ACCEPT full REFUND for Family Package I purchased and I feel this would be a "WIN', 'WIN" solution for both parties. Thank you for your help!

Review: I purchased a vacation package from Resort VIP Marketing on March 23, 2015 using a check by phone. I paid $500.00 for this package. I have tried to contact this company via phone and by email but have not received any satisfactory results. I did receive 1 email but no satisfactory results. The website where you are supposed to book your vacation is [redacted]. Each time I visit the site to put in my ID number it will not allow me to proceed to book a vacation. Whenever I call the number, I get a voicemail with someone promising to call back. I believe that this is a scam. I contacted my bank who attempted to retrieve my money but was not successful. This company uses Bank Of America, according to my bank. Bank of America refused to refund the money because of the amount of time lapsed to stop payment on a check. I was informed by my bank to contact Revdex.com. The phone number for this company is [redacted]. The person who sold me this package supposedly is a [redacted] and her ext is [redacted]. I am hoping that this company and I can come to a resolution but I am extremely doubtful at this point.
