We Have finnished all the jobs askedWith the inside porch floor she never said she wanted it fixedShe said she just wanted it torn up so we didWe ask everyone for money up front we do not pay for the materials out of our pocketAlso yes it has taken us 2weeks and we told her we had to wait for her custom window to come in lows had to custom order it and it took weeks for it to come in and she said it was fineAlso we have everything we did up to code the stairs where also custom ordered from TNK lumber so they are up to codeNow the issue of us stopping before a job was finnishedIf we stayed till the stairs where done it would have been 22hoursWe got there between 930-10am till about 630-7pm and also do to the stairs being outside we had to work around the weatherWe could not stay there a full day because we have a 6month old son we had to get home toBut we always came back when nancy told us we could and got as much as we could doneIt is only me and jim working

the contract is priced as we have only received and that was just for materials used in the jobwe have given nancy a 20% discount so instead of owing us the she owes us $and we where gonna do the winter spec for free if we would have charged for the spec then the price would have been we have done everything on the contractshe is also canceling the job and with the stairs not being painted there is a cancelation fee of an extra $if the job has been started as stated on the contractif she would like to cancel with out the stairs painted the ending total would be $owedif she wants us to finnish by painting the stairs then all she owes us is the $we have offered to take payments but now that we had to go threw all of this we would like the $by the end of the week or we will be taking nancy to courtwe have the total end invoice and so dose nancyand also the materials we have gotten the price also includes taxeswe would like the $for the work we have done and the time spent doing itI also need to pay the babysitter we used to watch our 7month old while we worked on her jobthank u so much and I can email u a copy of the ending total invoice later in the day when my tablet chargeswe had nancy sign contracts and I have attached them to this letterthey both state no price for winter spec and they both state that the price of the jobs are we would appreciate the $that is owed

We came to an agreement that The Winter spec for $500 I was no long interested in doing. Why is he now changing it around that I owe him even more money. He stated "Do not contact me for anything", questioned my character and even implied that he was contacting Code on work he done. We told the lady to just fix the one board on the porch the whole porch area would need to be pulled up and the support beam under the porch would need to be replaced because the support did not go the hole length of the porch (not from us) We told her we just put the nails in and she said that was...

fine. Also most big name companies charge mileage gas and labor. Gas and labor are 2 different areas. Labor is the workers doing the job and gas is for us to get to the job site and going to get the materials for the job. We do not take advantage from senior citizens. I believe she is filling. this complaint because her friend [redacted] (other complainer). She loved the work while we where there.

James vroman   put gutter on  porch >,rain two days LATER ,,..GUTTER LEAKS  also he orginal was going to replace board  on porch .his girlfriend put nails in it ..these boards lifted up 3 days later  When I call him he does not answer phone or call back ..also says he will come and does not  show up  .. Did not realize gutter leaked until it rained and board pulled back up by just walking on them .this is my complain  ..if other people complain it because he does not do a good job.
