Review: I was the tenent at property [redacted] since june 2015 my name is still under smud and pge the property was sold and foreclosed nov 29th 2015, a man named [redacted], from VRS PROPERTIES knocked on my door dec 5th saying that property is now faney mai properties and that they were willong to give me a check for keys 2000, if I moved out by dec 22nd I was sucessfull in moving out at that time I called [redacted] appx at 6pm on dec 22nd asking were he was with my check and he told me check wasnt in yet . and that we did not have to make the move until I recieved my check it is now jan 6th and I still havnt recieved the check . I went to the property on dec 31st to pick up the remainder of my personal belongings and they were alll gone ! now they will not pick up my calls and I do not know what to doDesired Settlement: I want my money and my stuff or money to replace my stuff!!

Review: On August 10 we got the original contract accepted and approved by [redacted], and on Aug. 11 it was delivered to the buyers agent and loan officer. On August 20, the Listing Agent sent a request for buyer to remove All contingency, but the buyer asked for an extension, as HOA documentations that are part of the loan approval, were not available per the title co (sellers chosen) On August 22 the Listing Agent said that he didnt have the signed contingency extension delivered to him, however, later he admitted that it gone to his junk mail! This extension supposed to be good through 8/29/14 On August 25 the Listing Agent stated that the Extension form is too dark, however, the form was totally legible. The second copy was sent on 8/26 , and Listing Agent didnt like that copy, too. On August 27 the loan documents were delivered to the title company, and the buyers were ready to sign their docs.The title company stated that the seller is not ready to perform due to HOA issue. At the same time the Listing Agent requested the buyer to remove all contingency without estimated when the seller will be able to close.The buyer requested for extended contingency removal, as they had their docs in title and were ready to perform but the seller was not ready to perform.On Sep. 03 the Listing Agent sent cancellation of the contract and terminated the agreement, also he stated that the seller will keep the buyers deposit of $1,000. No notice to perform were submitted by the Listing Agent.Buyer never signed cancellation of the contract or release of deposit.Buyers agent, and the buyer contacted [redacted] directly and were advised to re submit the original offer on Home Path web site. The offer was submitted on 9/08, however, the Listing Agent demanded to submit a new offer not the original one.On Sep.13, the buyers agent got the counter offer on [redacted] website and accepted. The Close Of Escrow was 9/19. However, till today (9/16) the fully executed purchase agreement is not deliveredDesired Settlement: I want to close and get the keys to the property. Seller/Listing agent is not responding and not sending the documents back for the second time that we are under contract. 9/19/14 is the date the Listing agent put on the contract. What he is doing is unlawful and fraud. Please Resolve this as soon as possible. There is also more details that I could not add, I would be happy to send full report for you.
