VS Eyewear

I had a very bad experience with Vseyewear.
I contacted the agent that answer chat online on the official website, during a period of 3 days or so, his name is Mike. Also Have sent emails when the agent was not available for chat.
I never received reply to my emails, even if at one time on a chat he requested me to send him information through email, but he never replied.

I was requesting a service for radiation protective glasses, that he told me the first time, he can take care of it, the first time I found the price too much expensive while I was just writing that comment, I didn't even finish my sentence, and he did already wrote I am sorry and closed the chat instantaneously!
I came back to write to him 2 days later, mentioning that I am willing to go ahead and pay for the service that I needed. I was shocked that he crashed in his reply, saying no we don't offer that service for these glasses and closed the chat right away!
I felt I was disrespected, not treated with dignity. It is not like I was begging someone money.
I persisted as I was serious about making my request/purchase through the VSEYEWEAR company, I opened another chat. He eventually replied to my messages, said will send me a quote the following day. But he didn't. I contacted him on the afternoon of the following day, and wrote that I am waiting for the quote and ready to pay and ship my glasses that needed a radiation protective lens replacement. He washed in his reply, said he was busy, he didn't yet have the quote and he has to go. And again closed the chat ! did even wait a second for my reply!
We are today 3 days later, and still no reply/no email, no thing from that agent (Mike).
Really disappointing. I would definitely not recommend such unkind and dismissive service.

I ordered multiple safety frames to try on. When I got the box it looked like it was packed by a child. The frames were just thrown in, one was so bent and twisted that I could not even wear them. The invoice was crinkled and torn almost in half. After trying on what I could I sent them back because I didn't care for any of them. After not getting credited, I called and was told they never received them. The shipper tracked the number and showed that the package was delivered. I called and was told he would check into it and call me back. I never heard back. Now it looks like I'm out almost $400.

Review: I return the item order whitin the 30day return policy and thy did not refund me ,thy did not answer my phone calls &masseges .I contact chase to dispute and vs eyewear disagree and I remain with a walid charge of $171.00

Review: I ordered a pair of prescription glasses including high-index lenses, at a total cost of $231.95. The glasses arrived with regular plastic lenses instead of high-index lenses. I contacted VS Eyewear on October 17 but got no response until October 21, when I sent photos showing the lenses to be the wrong material. After multiple requests they sent a pre-paid return label on October 22. I returned the glasses, and UPS tracking indicates that the package arrived on October 24. On October 30 I emailed for status of my return and was told that the glasses were sent to the lab. On November 14 I emailed again and received no response.

Over three weeks have passed since I returned these glasses. Now I have spent $231.95 and have no glasses. This seller has been slow and uncommunicative throughout. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. Please refund the full cost of the glasses to my credit card.
