 I will accept VS Parking Gargage 'math' regarding the refund amount owed as it is true that I left the garage after noticing the damage (and VS Parking Garage declining to fix it) on the 18th of January. However, I will only consider this incident closed when VS Parking Garage repays [redacted] for the damage that had to be repaired after this incident.  [redacted] will be contacting them shortly to demand payment.The repairs on this [redacted] - and most comprehensive incident - totaled $738.93.  Additionally, I'd like to note that the certified shop who repaired this recent damage remarked on the cheap paint job that had been done on previous repair work.  I generously allowed VS Parking Garage to use 'their guy' instead of taking it to a reputable shop in order to save them money, and this only serves as an additional indication that VS Parking Garage did not provide me with quality service, despite my extended loyalty to their business.

We, Vs Paking Garage Corp, are responding to the Complaint of [redacted] owner of the Audi Q5. We have been getting problem with his car in about two months. We had to pay more than $2,00.00...

dollars for damaged of his car twice, and there are no enogh evidences that those damages were here, however we paid in order to keep the customer satified. But now he came with another damage and he wants we pay again, which is no fair he hit his car outside the garage and then he came here to claim another repairment. We can't spend more money in something we didn't do. So, we decided to cancel his account. And also we are going to refund $77.42 dollars. Doing the math. $200.00/31 days= $6.45; 6.45*12days =$77.42 Our garage is licensed from 50 to 96 cars. We currantely have 87. It can change at any time because customer can leave any time. If you need further information, we are open seven day from 6am to 2am. Our office phone number is ###-###-####

We are waiting to [redacted] contact us to give them the information they need. Once this matter is done, we will refund the leftover of [redacted]' garage fee.

Review: I have been parking with [redacted] at VS Parking Garage for years. I purchased a new car in June 2014 and today found the car damaged for the [redacted] time. The first 2 incidents were cosmetic and were repaired by the garage, but [redacted] has declined to fix this damage (which includes a damaged rear light) claiming he wasn't responsible. Strange night employees move the cars during the weekend and I noticed last night that my car was backed against the wall within 2 inches (literally) of the car next to it. When I complained about that, [redacted] denied it this morning.[redacted] claims that the video cameras don't cover the area where my car was parked last night (how convenient for him...). There are WAY too many cars in the garage (likely an illegal number) and I suspect that several "off-the-books" employees are moving cars during off hours.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of at least half my months garage fee (as I am no longer parking there). That amount is $100.I'd also like for [redacted] to pay for the damage after I have it fixed on saturday. I am having the repair coordinated through [redacted] (whom I reported the incident to).
