I received a written letter from this company that appeared to be from the [redacted] ; it was regarding a warranty for my newly purchased carThe name of the company was not on the letterI later received a "final notice" on a red postcard, again appearing to be from the [redacted] The number contacted me and the person on the line identified himself as Jason with Hyundai extended warranty servicesI was pressured into making a "discounted warranty purchase" on the phone I quickly discovered that this warranty was not with the [redacted] I requested that the company cancel the warranty, as it had only been one business dayThe customer service representative was rude and stated that no refunds were given and the contract term was one yearI never signed a contract I contacted my bank to cancel the automatic debit that was scheduled monthlyThe company, after realizing the charge would not go through, changed its name so that the charge would go throughThi

While half of what he said is true my actions didn't happen without causeHis sales rep he stands behind is mainly why I am complaining about this companyThis company has overly aggressive sales tactics, had they let me just call them back and make a decision later this whole
situation would have been avoidedI was informed that a decision had to be made when I called this companyAll their letters stated you had to make a decision by a certain date and they won't let you call back to make such a decision
During my cancellation phone call the rep told me he was the original sales rep and that I was lying and he would have never said what I claimedThat is what set me off, you don't tell your customer they are a liar, reason with them and talk them through the situationI originally asked if my $would be applied towards the monthly paymentsSales rep said yes, and I wouldn't owe anything for a month or twoHad he stopped me then and corrected me this wouldn't be an issueAs far as Why I contacted the Revdex.com, I want others to see this businesses sales tactics and the headaches it brings

We received notification from your office dated September 6, regarding the above referenced matter.After reviewing the consumer statement provided by your office, we want to respond to the consumer complaint filed with your office.VSC Repair Services is a licensed selling agent of extended
vehicle service contracts. We offer extended vehicle service contracts from one Top Rated Administrator that provides the component protection that consumers like Ms*** purchased.Ms*** filed a fraudulent dispute with *** *** Card Services prior to contacting us about her intention to cancel her service contract. She claimed Reason: / Not as described or Defective Merchandise, rather than contact us directly to cancel her policy. She never afforded us the opportunity to cancel her contract, and provide a full refund.As a result, we have incurred chargeback fees with our merchant processor, as well as a negative mark on our record as a result of her inability, or unwillingness to simply call us for a refund.We have cancelled her service contract as requested, and will accept her offer to pay $(fifty dollars) as reimbursement for the additional charges we have incurred as a result.If there is anything else we can do to further assist in this case, please feel free to contact my office

I had purchased and extended service plan from VSC Repair Services, I was skeptical at first but I had a fuel sending unit replaced and they paid out $plusThe only thing that was annoying was waiting on the part, but all in all pretty satisfied

I purchased an extended warranty from this company the end of Never thought I would actually have to use it, but I ended up needing it recentlyI had a problem with the door locks that seemed to get worse over a few weeksI took it in to have it checked outIt was covered and saved me a little over $dollarsThe part that made me want to write this was that while it was getting fixed, I had them do my oil change since it was dueTurns out the oil change was covered under my warranty tooIt made my day!
