As described in my first response, the reason the customer is "ignorant" is because the customer fails to understand that his complaint should not be against VSP Mechanical IncVSP Mechanical Incdoes NOT perform any work with regard to shower protection and waterproofing measuresThis is the job of the General Contractor that he hiredMy understanding is that the customer didn't pay the General Contractor the balance for his workMaybe he should contact the General Contractor that he hired for this work. There are NO issues or problems with the "Plumbing work" that my company performedOur work was performed by code, it was inspected and signed off by the Department of Buildings. We will be speaking with our insurance company and asking them to decline your claim because your claim is baseless when it comes to VSP Mechanical Inc.Whether the customer has to remodel his bathroom, bedroom or the whole apartment is not due to any fault or negligence of VSP Mechanical Inc.Furthermore, If you continue to spread baseless and unsupported rumors regarding VSP Mechanical Inc., we will file a suit against you for defamation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:VSP Mechanical Inc.’s response to my complaint is unfortunate to say the least. For a “professional” company to state that a customer’s complaint is “ignorant” is a true testament on what kind of business this actually is.  The shower protection was supposed to be completed with the appropriate waterproofing measures. However, since there was no waterproofing done that led to havoc on my hardwood floors, bedroom walls and custom made closet. Also, the work was not done over a year ago. It was completed sometime in late august to early September of 2016. Furthermore, your company is and was well aware of the damage your improper work caused on my property. I have opened a claim and speak with the insurance adjuster based on my claim filed against you on a daily basis. There is an active claim against you. We both know this is true, so please do not deceive and state you had no prior knowledge of the damage. Especially, since you give your insurance adjuster the run-around by not directly answering questions. Lastly, I am not trying nor do I need to embezzle money from your “company”. I am trying to notify the public of the atrocious work you performed and hopefully nobody else hires anyone from your company. I had a complete gut renovation last year and have to restart work on my bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet due to your carelessness and negligence.
