These are computer scammers. you call another company and they somehow get on the line and tell you there is something wrong with your computer and they will be happy to check it for free. Then another guy gets on the line to fix it for you. He even shows all the viruses and trojan horses on it. He then tells you that the reason is because you have no fire wall. After he fixes everything for FREE, he tells you it will cost $500 to maintain it for 5 years. When you say no, he lowers it to $399. He shows a Revdex.com certificate but not long enough to read it. What confuses you is that you instigated the call.
No settlement requested - for I just don't want other seniors to fall prey to these people like I was dumb enough to do. At least I was smart enough not to mail that check! And to take my laptop to Best Buy for them to clean up.
We have Received the call from the Customer We never ever made calls to the customers and we are not scammers because we always share our contact information and company information so the customer can contact us any time .We do Run Campaign on google just because of it we receive genuine Customer and genuine Issues and if the customer has concern about their computers , Gps and other Network or internet issues then we do resolve.But everyone knows the services never come free of cost but some customers don't feel good about it because they don't want to pay
we know we have not done any thing wrong
Services never come free of cost if customers wants to avail services even initially we always tell to our customer if they wants to use our services that will cost you that much of money and it all depend on the customers after all customer decisions is our priority after we do start our work and once the work completes if the customer feels happy then customers can pay we never ever push to the customers for the money in
this case we provided our services our technician spend 3 hours on the computer and did resolve their concerns.
