VTG Elevation and Construction

Hello:We have gone above and beyond as per our contractWe have tried numerous times to help [redacted] even as late as last week our handyman is being to reach him [redacted] is a nice guy but naive to the work that was performed as per our contract [redacted] doesnt allow any workers unless they are white on his property and has issues with spanih workers on sitewe have done tons of extras, our job is completed we had a very small punch list which we just received feb [redacted] and have given to our handyman to handle and contact [redacted] to fix very small repairsit is very to have a small punch list at the end of the job [redacted] phone voice mail is always full, he is never available to speak only to respond by random texts.this is a rental property not his primary residence and we completely disagree with [redacted] as he just doesnt want to pay his outstanding balance.we are still willing to fix his small punch list and look forward to helping him as we do with all of our customersthank you and look forward to resolve Vincent [redacted] ***
