I sincerely apologize for lengthy turn-around from initial call to when I was personally able to get out there to take a look as I was in Michigan dealing with the unexpected passing of my mother and my duties as Executor. That being said, when I visited the [redacted]’s home on 10/29 I met with...

What we found was, the previous owner had remodeled the basement and in doing so, clogged and covered the system with wood and debris and also did not use a vapor barrier. **. [redacted] and I discussed his alternatives and he said he was going to see about removing the wall and would let me know when he had that taken care of. The problem is in no way the fault or responsibility of Vulcan’s work.
