Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The product I paid for still is not correct and does not fit despite him trying twice to build it? Additionally, I have NOT received the parts back that I sent him for measurement? His claims otherwise are false- and he has provided no tracking number as to locate the whereabouts? Both times I sent him my parts, I sent tracking numbers? Until I receive my parts back I sent him- and a full refund for his faulty improper built product- I will not close this case Sincerely, [redacted]
