For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from Vulcan to Revdex.com is misleading because she tried to make it sound as if they have been waiting for action on my part stating they have yet to receive the tablets for repair or hear back from meThey did not extend any offer to fix my devices until March 7, The correspondence the representative is referring to in her reply to Revdex.com was sent to me on March to which I replied for clarification because it was confusing and contradictoryIt stated they would bypass a one time offer to fix tablets, but the last sentence stated in bold print they would not be able to move forward with the warranty without the receiptI wanted to clarify because I didn't want to spend money shipping the tablets to be fixed if they aren't going to fix themThey replied to me by sending the same confusing e-mailThen responded to Revdex.com that they are awaiting my response as if I have failed to do something to have this resolvedWhen I am waiting to hear from them.Since reading their e-mail to Revdex.com (which reads differently than the e-mails I have been receiving), it appears they are going to repair devices, and I am going to send them immediately for repair
