I do not accept their response of saying "user malfunction" when the issues we are having are clearly due to poor construction and total disregard to our safety from Custom Made Trailers(3 tires same size and 1 tire a different size: plumbing not hooked up correctly or at all in bathroom, air conditioner not working properly, grill fan not working properly, and electrical issues).  Custom Made Trailers has been made aware of every problem as soon as we encountered them.  Their poor lack of communication and lack of concern to our issues are why we contacted the Revdex.com.  We have made arrangements to drop trailer off on August 1, 2016 to give them yet another chance to correct the issues.  They have not done so in the past and this is OUR FINAL ATTEMPT to get issues corrected.  We have given them ample opportunities to correct the issues and they have not done so.  When we take it tomorrow, August 1, 2016, this will be the 6th time. We do not accept their response of user malfunction.  We are very offended that they are trying to point the finger at us.  We paid this company fully and we have yet to receive the quality product we paid for.
