Just another skin cream scam: no indication that what you're ordering is a recurring-billing agreementLuckily as soon as I paid for the "free trial" (separate shipping charges for products called Skinology and Vulexa) I was troubled by the lack of information on the website and the emailed confirmation or the order - no way to get in touch with the company, no phone number, no confirmation that it is indeed a recurring billing and not a free trialSo I read a bunch of reviews that this is a scam (although the company changes the name of the products often and creates spammy web sites to push anything negative down in the search results) and immediately cancelled my credit cardIf they get my ten dollars for the free shipping, that will be the last of my money they get! I called the company to cancel and supposedly they cancelled even the first orders - but I have yet to see the proofSCAMstay away from this product and anything associated with it

Vulexa runs a scam from the same site that sell skinology, probably the same stuffyou order a free trail sample size and they send you follow on same size jars of both at a price six times the going rateGetting out of the subscription is an incredible hassle, and you have to cancel two scammers to get rid of the stuff

Review: I ordered two products advertising a 7 Day, 2 Week Trial on the internet that I placed on the 24th of May 2015 (order numbers: 1[redacted] and [redacted]). I sent an email on the same day as I made an order by mistake for Advanced Eye Gel ([redacted]) for $59.09 (order number: [redacted]). I received a reply telling me I would be contacted in 24 hours. I never received that reply. I then received three emails on the 26th letting me know all 3 items had been sent. I was still awaiting a response.I tried to call the company at 1-8[redacted] on May 30th but was placed on hold for 30 minutes and thought I had been forgotten so sent another email asking them to not send me any more products until I had a chance to use the trial as I had not yet received them. I received the products on June 3rd in a box without any information. I realized the trial was up and tried to call again, was placed on hold for 30 minutes and thought I had been forgotten as no one came back to touch base with me, so sent another email this time with no reply.I never received any further contact so made 2 more calls to the company at 1-8[redacted] on June 8th and spoke with Shannon who told me there would not be any more products sent to me until I called them back, or if they hadn't received a call by August 24th would send more product, which was fine because it would allow me to try it. I thought everything had been cleared up and no further charges were going to be made. I checked my credit card statement on the 17th of June and noticed a charge for both products on June 8th for 120.58$ and 124.44$, both of which I was assured I wouldn't be sent or charged for since I had not had time to try their trial by the time I had received it. I called twice today, June 28th, and was placed on hold for 45 minutes after being told I wouldn't be getting a refund, so I asked to speak to a manager. I hung up after I felt I was being ignored. I also never received the latter two products I was charged for but did not want to order.

A full refund of 59.09$ for order [redacted], $120.58 for order [redacted]54 and $124.44 for order [redacted]52 for the two products I was assured would not be sent (I still have not received) or charged to my account and the one product I accidentally ordered and was informed I would be contacted in 24 hours about but never was.A total refund of $304.11.

Review: When I first purchased the skin cream I didn't realize it was going to cost me 200.00 I tried to return the items right after I received them in the mail. They would not let me return the item or refund me what I paid. I tried to cancel and get off their auto ship thing. The lady soul not let me cancel and kept trying to sell me more creams. Today September 28 received more cream in the mail. I had my boyfriend call the company and he went through a huge run around with them. After 25 mins of telling them to cancel they finally did.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to refund me the 200.00 I originally tried to get back from them. I was suppose to have 2 weeks to try the product and return it if I didn't like it. I didn't even get the product until 1 week later. And it said on the bottle it takes 30 days to show any results. I would also like them never to contact me ever again. I am completely unsatisfied

Just another skin cream scam: no indication that what you're ordering is a recurring-billing agreement. Luckily as soon as I paid for the "free trial" (separate shipping charges for 2 products called Skinology and Vulexa) I was troubled by the lack of information on the website and the emailed confirmation or the order - no way to get in touch with the company, no phone number, no confirmation that it is indeed a recurring billing and not a free trial. So I read a bunch of reviews that this is a scam (although the company changes the name of the products often and creates spammy web sites to push anything negative down in the search results) and immediately cancelled my credit card. If they get my ten dollars for the free shipping, that will be the last of my money they get! I called the company to cancel and supposedly they cancelled even the first orders - but I have yet to see the proof. SCAM... stay away from this product and anything associated with it.

The advertisement for there 15 day trial was highly misleading. They charged me almost $200 after the 15 days. I was unaware that I had to call to cancel before the 15 days were up. They said it stated that on the advertisement said to do that but it was clearly not visible or I would have called. Also, it said the retail value on the advertisement which was no were close to what they billed me for. What they billed me for was substantially higher. I called to cancel and asked for a refund and they refused. It's misleading and unethical. It's designed to have people sign up for a trial and then price gouge them.

Review: this company never sent us anything and charged us and then charged us again the next month and we never recieved anything, plus it was way toooo expensive , 89.95 twice and 92 .89 once plus two chargesof 9.99..we want a refund never explained about the expense of the product .. totally scamedDesired Settlement: they are very unresunable and just keep saying the same thing over and over again, you are outside our refund policy... thats a lot of false crap

Review: Website [redacted] offers a free trial with $5.99 shipping costs only. Upon completion of the order form, customers are required to accept the Terms and Conditions, which are not shown directly on the order site but have to be accessed by a separate link. The Terms and Conditions reveal that this is a recurring order, where a credit card gets repeatedly charged for automatic re-orders ($89.95 per month) unless the customer opts out by phone or email.

The advertisement is misleading because it makes the customer believe that $5.99 is the only cost for testing the product, but it hides the Terms and Conditions that require the customer to opt out of the automatic reordering within 14 days after placing the order.Desired Settlement: Refund of $89.95

Review: They offered a trial size of skin cream for shipping charges of $9.95. I received the cream with no bill and no instructions. Received another shipment 3 weeks later. Finally got my credit card bill. They billed me $133.16 and $137.57 Sept. 13th., and $137.36 Oct. 1st. and $131.82 on Oct. 3rd. Gave them a call to cancel my membership(I did not know that I hard to buy the cream on a monthly basis) and get a refund. I even offered to return the last shipment, but nothing to do they will not give me my money back.I canceled my credit card so they will not be able to bill me again. I feel that charging over $500.00 for skin cream is a scam.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment

Review: I ordered a trial sample of their skin products and paid shipping, which ended up being $44.90 and 4.95 - this was shipped on 12/04/2015. Then on 12/19/2019 they charged me $89.95 & 92.65. I called to tell them I can't use the product, it breaks me out and they won't give me my money back. I did not authorize them to start charging me, I only wanted to try it. Now there is another pending charge for the same amounts as of 1/4/2016. This company needs to be stopped. I want to return the product and they won't give a shipping address, they say I will have to pay a restocking fee??? They can't restock beauty products. There is a lot of other complaints posted at [redacted]Desired Settlement: They have canceled my account but refuse to give me a refund. All I want is a refund.

Review: I ordered a free trial of this product, only paying shipping charge. I was charged the shipping charge at that time. Two weeks later I received an email that I was being charged $89.95 for the trial order. I do not agree with this charge.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: On 11/22/2015 I ordered a free sample of skin care products with a $10 shipping and handling fee. In doing so, I unwittingly agreed to an automated shipping service I never received the free sample but on 12/7/2015 "Vulexa" billed my debit card $92. I contacted the company and they would only cancel the shipment and refund 75% of my money. On 12/12/2015 they again debited my account for $89. I contacted them again and they would again only cancel the order and give a 75% refund. I want these orders and any future orders to be immediately cancelled and Vulexa to stop debiting my account. It should be noted that I have never received ANY products from this company, including the "FREE" sample.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the money they promised and to stop any future orders or debits to my account.

Review: I obtained a free sample, 30 days later they charged my account and sent me the product again. I called the business and told them I no longer wanted their product. I returned their product as soon as I received it. I called back to tell them I wanted a refund, they stated they would not give me a full refund only a half. I have called three more times trying to get my "half refund." They state they gave me my refund, but when my financial institution was called, the refund was not there. After confirmation with my financial institution that my refund was not present I called the company back again. They again stated that I should see my refund in three business days. I keep getting a runaround therefore I'm submitting this complaint to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: My refund, and to let others know that there has been a complaint filed to the Revdex.com.
