Customer Service is Non-existent
I placed a gift order on 3/15/23 to be shipped directly to my friend. There was a new purchase discount code offered of 20%. I selected the items and put them in my cart. Following the prompts from their system, I added the discount code, and it showed on the pre-invoice. I was then directed to payment information/verification page. I was asked to confirm purchase and I did. Once completed, the final receipt did not show the discount (about 30.00). I tried immediately to cancel and restart but there is nowhere on the website to do so. I emailed and received a canned response that they would have a representative reach out. I opted for the free shipping (7-10) days, so I know it wasn't processed yet. I was informed they would not honor the discount their system removed nor was I "allowed" to cancel. Free returns are great but that puts me in a weird spot with sending a gift to a friend and then saying "Oh, no you have to send that back". I tried working with them but all you get is canned responses, no actual people. It's frustrating since I feel taken advantage of. They use "system limitations" for every answer. Awful customer service! I just hope the bra and leggings are actually worth the money I paid. Clearly, they are not customer service-friendly and only out to make a bigger buck. The coupon is a bait-and-switch which should be illegal. I will never buy, refer, or trust this company again.

Poor quality and workmanship and obnoxious customer service
Customer service is obnoxious! I had bought two articles from Vuori recently--a pair of men's sweat pants and a very similar pair of men's workout shorts. In both pieces the zipper pocket, which is glue sealed, separated almost immediately after purchasing. Given that it happened to both pairs exactly the same indicates to me that this is a common problem with their product, of which they are no doubt very aware. I contacted Vuori's customer service who curtly told me that I needed to deal with the retailers from whom I bought them (one pair was purchased in NYC the other in Connecticut) and was subject to whatever that retailer's return policy is. In other words, they would not in any way stand behind their product, even when it clearly had a manufacturer's defect--again which I'm sure they are aware of. I found their attitude to be very uninterested and obnoxious. I will never buy their products again. Bad, defective quality and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase Vuori's products. They look good, but are of poor workmanship and the company does not stand behind its products. Also, obnoxious, curt customer service--all with a disingenuous smile, of course.

not able to complete his exchange order as he had requestedUpon discovering this, we contacted him to let him know that we would not be able to create the request exchange because of his use of PayPal as the payment processing methodWe assured him that he was refunded in full for his return and we let him know that he could still place the order at the original purchase price at his convenience. Our FAQ and customer service page on our website clearly states that Vuori does not pay for return shipping fees***hew also learned this when he contacted us via our support e-mail to make the return (see attached e-mail dialogue)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Online purchases of clothing do not always fit. I would expect a business who sold clothing online, especially one geared towards active and fit bodies, to understand that and make the return process simple. I would not have purchases anything from this website if I had known they would not cover the cost of shipping the items back. I'm out $9. Vuori shouldn't market to customers online if they aren't equipped to handle online purchases.
