I ordered $100 dollars worth of customized goods. Vurb charged for goods and will not deliver as promised or respond to requested changes.
I ordered about $100 dollars of customized goods on December 8th. After requesting a few changes on the proofs (standard for the nature of their service) I noticed a significant lag time in response. I told several customer representatives that I needed these goods by Christmas Day and it was vital to my purchase that they arrive at that time. I was reassured by different customer service reps that that would be okay.
Only one of the four changes was made. Now the designers are not even responding.
It is now too late to order customized Christmas gifts and highly unlikely that I will receive these goods.
I have been charged for a product and told the delivery date would be manageable and now I have not heard a response in 72 hours.

Desired Outcome

I would at the very least like my money back. I do not know of a legal or possible resolution for inhibiting my ability to use a competitor to have the desired product by using stalling tactics.

I am very happy that the Revdex.com was able to get a response from the company and my money back. I would never use popyourpup again because they were inconsistent with communication, failed to deliver their order as promised, and did not take responsibility for it until the Revdex.com was involved.
However, I am very happy with the Revdex.com and that they were able to get a result.

Took my money and did not make or send product
I placed my order over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them theough facebook and email and have gotten no reply. They took the money out of my account and have not provided a product or graphic.

Desired Outcome

Refund. I will never use or recommend their services to anyone.

The advertisement says "real artists, no filters" when in reality, they just edit the photos.
I made the order on August 16th

I paid with my card.
My photo that they "digitally made" was just edited it and put filters over it. When I tried getting in contact with them about it, they denied it.
Their advertisement on their website is false advertising most definitely.
I even have a comparison, of the original photo and the edit.

I paid them and finalized the order until after realised how much of a scam it is and I feel awful and stupid for falling for it. Also the price is ridiculous.

Desired Outcome

I would like a Refund and for them the change their claim of "no edits, no gimmicks". I think it's unfair that people are paying alot of money for a thing they can do theirselves

If a customer is unhappy with the digital proof of their artwork they are able to cancel before they click approve. Customer has unlimited revisions and unlimited times they can upload a new photo for our design department to create new artwork for. However our policy states once a customer has finalized their order, a refund will not be issued.
If the customer received their product and it is damaged or incorrect we send a new product out free of charge.

I didn't realize the image was edited and had filters applied to it until after I approved the image. After looking at it, I could tell that the image had parts that were the exact same as the original image I sent to them as a reference. If you take a look, it is very obvious by the circled parts that the lighting is the exact same and that all they did was edit it with image editing software. They did NOT draw the entire thing, most of it it just a filter. Their company claims that they do NOT use any filters when in fact most of it is filters. The only thing that even looks drawn is the eyes. I provided a side by side comparison. You can tell by the circled parts that it is NOT drawn. The company is using false advertising and abusing people's ignorance.

I employed this company to make a canvas picture of my dog on December 12th, delivery was supposed to be no later then December 23rd. It arrived on the 26th, ok that happens around the holidays, it also arrived damaged. I called UPS, which is who shipped it and they filed and approved a claim to replace my picture. Basically all Pop Your Pup has to do is forward documentation, it's not costing them anything. I have reached out 3 times as well with no luck. But boy were they quick in getting back to me before they had my money. I have now changed my mind and do not want a new picture, but I would like to receive a refund for my purchase. The absolute worst customer service ever.

I was sent a picture that was damaged due to poor packaging. After contacting the company, I was ignored for 2 weeks. Since I thought that just being ignored was unacceptable, I decided that rather than ever doing business with this company again (being sent another print), I would take a refund instead. They have refunded me half of the original amount. I would like a full refund of $96.00.

Could not get in contact with a representative to change shipping address and can not get them the refund me.
I purchased the product on December 7th and noticed there was an issue with the shipping address. I contacted customer support to change it, but a few days later the tracking said the item could not be delivered to my address. I paid another $10 to reprint the item and have it sent again, but they still used the incorrect address. When I asked for help I never received any more contact. After asking for a refund I still did not receive a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for both the item I never received and the reprinting fee. Totallying $53.08.

Refunds will only be permitted before the product has been printed. If for any reason the customer is not happy with the experience or with the graphic design, BEFORE you send it to printing, a full refund may be permitted.
