I am rejecting this response because:
The work is unsatisfactory My mother was very frustrated I have spoken to her and she will not bother you if you return to fix the problems You hired unskilled workers who did not do the work properly You were paid the money to do the job You did nothing extra In fact you left the work incomplete Attached are pictures of the sod Any layman can see it was not installed properly and needs to be redone The gutters were destroyed by your workers and therefore should be replaced by you at no additional charge Whomever did the stucco left gaps underneath the windows and along the sides of the house that will allow water into the home I will not accept anything less than you fixing the problems you have created and cleaning up the yard I appreciate that you would not talk back to my mother However you do not respect your elders because if someone treated your mother like this you would also be upset I have spoken to my mother and she will not bother you The work needs to be done Her house looks like a dump After spending all that money it should look great I have additional photos but I can not add them It only allows I want the work done I want all the cracks and seams fixed, all the gutters fixed, the sued fence replaced, the garbage in the yard cleaned up, the back steps are not even cemented!, the sod removed and replaced, it needs to be done immediately It has already been months
