Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because my choices are to reject or accept, and nothing in between While I have now received the duplicate title, I was told that, even though VW could have confirmed the penalty, I will have to pay to the license bureau (MO Dept of Revenue) for late registration, and then must mail to them (and they did include a mailer through UPS) my receipt The explanation provided was that they didn't want to provide 'too little' to me, which I guess meant they would have closed the case? I also think that represents that they bent over backwards to correct THEIR mistake; it wasn't mine at all Until that reimbursement is received, I am not yet in a position to consider this issue resolved Sincerely, Jill [redacted]
