Oh gosh, this company has literally saved my life, marriage, and relationship with my children. If it were not for my AWESOME Case Manager [redacted] *. here at VYC whom I was referred to from a friend that went through [redacted] California's program and was denied. She then went through [redacted] , another non profit who referred her to VYC and that is when I heard of them by word of mouth. I was getting a divorce that my husband initiated since I "couldn't do the basic wife responsibility of managing our finances to keep a roof over our families heads" he said, and turned my children against me for this very reason as well. Then I came here, met [redacted] and she assisted me in successfully getting a loan modification JUST LAST WEEK!!!! I am the happiest woman alive. Thank you so much [redacted] and I am happy to speak with anyone who wishes to do business with this company as I have committed to advocating for this resolve and company. I tried this for 4 years with no relief. [redacted] assistance allowed me to get this done in 5 SHORT MONTHS!!! Despite contrary belief, this company is beyond legit, professional, and successful in getting homeowners help! - [redacted] Still a Homeowner

[redacted], the ceo of this company cheated my business partner and me out of $5k in 2014. We met [redacted] in June 2014 when we purchased an off market home in Oakland. [redacted], a "wholesaler" (not a realtor) pocketed 30k on a 260k purchase. After this purchase, [redacted] approached us with several other off-market properties and one of those, also in the city of Oakland, we decided to purchase. The lady who owned the house was going through a foreclosure process. [redacted] asked us for $5k to help pay the lady's legal costs in order that we would be able to purchase the home and not have the bank foreclose on it. She told us that the $5k would be applied to our purchase price. Later we found out that the 5k was not used for legal costs and when we asked for it back, [redacted] assured us that the house would go through and it would be credited to us. Then [redacted] went out of communication for some time. Sensing something off with [redacted]'s business ethics, my business partner and I looked up the property and found out it was scheduled to go to auction by the bank. [redacted] had not informed us. When we called her, she would not return our calls. Finally, regardless of the fact that the house was going to auction in the next days, she told us it wasn't true and that the house would be ours -- then [redacted] went completely out of contact. There had been another deal that she promised us, and then undercut us and sold to a different buyer. Long story short, not only did we lose the 5k, we also lost out on two properties and found out that [redacted] was not honest with us. The house in question did go to auction. I decided to go the office of VYC Realty with the address that was printed on [redacted]'s business card to find out about the 5k and try to recoup that, but when I arrived at the address and went into the building, found out that her suite number didn't even exist and that it was a made up address. Perhaps [redacted] has come clean now. I hope for her benefit she has, but I would very careful about doing any business with [redacted] and for sure, get everything in writing beforehand.
