They will send you damaged tires with holes in them My friend was sent a tire with a hole in it After waiting for days and with her car in the air at the shop, the tire was sent with a puncture in it She has small children and the way Julio was talking down to her and didn't apologize was very insensitive She had them on speaker phone and I seriously was floored by how bestusedtires.com treated her He claimed he was the Dirof Sales and very rude He cut her off, talked over her, asked her if she was done talking, and thought it was funny that he was the head man in charge When she asked who complaints go to, he arrogantly confirmed they go through him She cried when she hung up the phone as the only thing they offered was for her to send the tire back or pay for the repair It puts you in a bad place once you get the tire after waiting days and being without a car and finally to get it and it is damaged Very bad business
