Hello [redacted] Our network distribution service only guarantees that your video will be properly packaged, formatted, and submitted by our team to the networks of your choosing. It is illegal practice, known as Payola, to guarantee airplay. This is clearly stated within the ‘Disclaimer’...

section of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ that must be accepted, signed and dated before any service can be purchased (please refer to screenshot #1) and on our FAQ page (please refer to screenshot #2 ). Our distribution services are a flat rate service, so if your video was accepted, there would not be any additional charges for the promotional value. The $233 you paid for was for the submission which covers manual closed captioning and the reviewal process provided by our Distribution team, who then communicates with the networks.Additionally, we do not guarantee a specific timeline for a network response. Our Distribution team provides you with a rough estimate of 10 days, however, network responses can vary depending on the number of submissions they are currently viewing. As you can see from screenshot #3, one of our Distribution techs, Evan, messaged you explaining both of these points. You can also access this information within your release’s details page under networks, where it shows the status of your video (please refer to screenshot #4).As a company, we highly value transparency and strive to provide our users with as much information as possible.
