Vynebrook

I have signed up with Vynebrook for monthly snow removal contract from November to March, paying a fee each month regardless of snow. There was no snow in November. When the first snow hit in December, Vynebrook removed the snow. When the second snow hit in December, Vynebrook couldn't handle the customer volume and cancelled the contract. Initially, Vynebrook had promised to refund the fees for both November and December, since it was breaking the contract (and it had only serviced us once in December). However, a few weeks later they ended up refunding 1 month only (Nov) and refused the refund December fees. Vynebrook only kept the contract when there was no snow, which seems like a scam. They broke their promise twice (the contract and their promise to refund fees for both months). Very disappointed in their business practice.
