 I actually track an email address to the company, they respond that some one will contact me. Well that has not happen; I also forward the number assoicated with the handbag. I have reached out to them first.

I am writing you to express my concern about a handbag I purchased at [redacted]. I have picture showing the severe fraying of two handles. I check your website and you can only submit an email in which I do. I have not received a response back of 10/**/15. I have pictures to show the damage to the handbag; and the handbag is over a few years old. Can you please look into this matter for me?
