[redacted] This is in concern to ID number [redacted] First and foremost Eric K [redacted] no longer is owner nor affiliated with this establishment, W & A Auto Service located at [redacted] ***It is not Walt and Al'sWalt and Al’s has been out of business for over years, had you bothered to check any of your records you would have known that.Now onto this complaint from [redacted] , It is not my fault or responsibility that her warranty company drags its feetShe was advised of the complete situation, and the options to fix HER car, (not her fiance car)So as far as me telling him to look stuff up on the internet, I did do that because A) I am a busy man, and B) I have absolutely NO obligation to explain anything to himIt is not, and never will be my fault that her warranty company drags its feet when it comes to providing parts, such as motorsFurthermore used motors are getting harder and harder to find.As far as I am concerned about the Revdex.com (which I feel is nothing but a JOKE) you have no authority over me or my business and you can take that any way you wantYour sales people call me all the time to join you, but I laugh because again you are nothing but a joke, and I do not need to pay anyone so that I can put your little torch in my office.In closing do what you want with the complaint, file it, shred it, [redacted] wipe your dog and cats butt with it because your origination is nothing but a joke.Sincerley,Ronald W**OWNER: W and A Auto Service [redacted] ###-###-####
