Dr. Office is charging me for a missed appiontment, when I sat in the lobby waiting to be called for 30min before [redacted] the receptionist informed me that they had called and left a message on my cell canceling my appt.I checked my phone and never got any calls from dr. office... Had this happen four different times between Sept.2012 and Dec.2012 Finally had to switch doctors because couldnt get into see Dr. [redacted] for my test results to schedule a much needed surgery.....I spoke with [redacted] and left messages for dr. or accounting to call me back to resolve this matter but I never could get a returned phone call..
